OneCart vs Veeqo [2026]: Amazon's Free Tool or a Marketplace-Neutral One?

Veeqo is Amazon's shipping and inventory software, free for shipping and strongest when Amazon is most of your business. OneCart is built for sellers whose sales are spread across many marketplaces, including Southeast Asia.

Veeqo gets a lot of attention, and for good reason: it is backed by Amazon and its shipping tool is free. It is also built around a specific seller. Veeqo was “founded in the UK by an ecommerce seller in 2013 and acquired by Amazon in 2021”, and its sweet spot is a US or UK seller doing most of their volume on Amazon who wants cheap labels and stock sync with a few other channels.

The one-line verdict: if Amazon is 70% or more of your sales and you ship from the US or UK, Veeqo is hard to beat on cost. If Amazon is one channel among several, or you sell on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or Temu, OneCart is the better fit.

What Veeqo’s free plan really includes

“Free” is Veeqo’s headline, so it is worth reading the pricing page closely:

  • The Shipping plan is free with unlimited orders. Veeqo says it is funded by “a small commission on labels purchased through Veeqo”.
  • Inventory sync is not in the free plan. Veeqo’s pricing page says “Power features, including inventory sync and digital picking, are available at additional cost.”
  • The Inventory plan starts at $19 a month in the US and the High Volume plan from $350 a month, both “priced based on usage”. The page does not say how many orders the entry price covers.
  • All plans include unlimited users, warehouse locations and SKUs, which is generous.

So the honest comparison is not “free vs $99”. It is Veeqo’s usage-priced inventory plan plus label commissions, against OneCart’s flat plan with sync, listings, pricing, orders and reports included.

Who Veeqo is for

  • Amazon-led sellers in the US or UK who want discounted carrier rates and bulk label printing.
  • Sellers whose main pain is shipping cost and speed rather than marketplace operations.
  • Businesses with several warehouses who want unlimited locations at a low entry price.

How to tell Veeqo is too much, or the wrong shape, for you

  • Rarely on cost, since shipping is free. But it is the wrong tool if Amazon is a small part of your volume.
  • You sell mostly outside the US and UK. Veeqo’s pricing and carrier rates are built for the US and UK.
  • You ship a few dozen parcels a day through one marketplace’s own logistics, so discounted carrier rates do not move the needle.

How to tell you are outgrowing Veeqo

  • You have diversified away from Amazon, and want a marketplace-neutral tool.
  • You are adding Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or Temu, or expanding into Southeast Asia.
  • You need listing management, per-channel pricing, discounts and flash deals in the same place as orders.
  • You want fee and profit reports across every marketplace, not just shipping and sales reports.
  • You want a marketplace-neutral tool for your cross-channel data and reporting.

Who OneCart is for

OneCart suits sellers whose sales are spread out rather than concentrated on Amazon:

  • Two or more marketplaces carrying real volume, plus usually a Shopify store, shipping their own stock.
  • Selling in the US, UK, Europe, Australia or Southeast Asia, often in more than one of them.
  • From a few hundred orders a month to 10,000 and beyond with top-ups, up to 50,000 SKUs.
  • Wanting profit after fees per SKU, shop and channel, and a team that answers during a campaign.

Pick OneCart if

  • Amazon is important but not the whole business, and you want every channel treated equally.
  • You sell on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Temu or Zalora as well as Amazon, eBay and Shopify.
  • You want listings, prices and promotions managed alongside orders and stock.
  • You want reports that show which SKUs make money on which channel after fees.
  • You want flat, published pricing with inventory sync included.

Pick Veeqo if

  • Amazon is 70% or more of your volume.
  • You ship from the US or UK and Veeqo’s carrier discounts are a big saving for you.
  • A free shipping tool is the deciding factor.

Switching from Veeqo to OneCart

Many sellers keep Veeqo for labels while they trial OneCart, then decide. Connect Amazon, Shopify and your other marketplaces, import listings, and OneCart matches your SKUs across channels, flagging any it cannot match in the Missing SKUs report. Switch on inventory sync and you are processing orders from one screen, usually the same day. Start a free trial or book a demo.
