OneCart vs BigSeller [2026]: Free Tool or Brand-Grade Operations?

BigSeller is free and covers more Southeast Asian marketplaces than anyone. OneCart is built for brands and established sellers who need profit reporting, Western marketplaces, integrations and a support team that answers. Here is how to tell which one you are.

BigSeller’s headline is “Free Omnichannel E-commerce Solution for All Platforms”, and it delivers on it. It has a free plan that real sellers run their business on, more Southeast Asian marketplace connections than any other tool, and extras such as a product scraping tool, dropship distribution, POS and livestream selling. It reports more than 1.1 million users.

OneCart is a different kind of product for a different seller. It is paid, built for brands and established sellers, and focused on running marketplaces well: stock that stays right, orders processed from one screen, and reports that show which SKUs make money after fees.

The one-line verdict: if you are a small or high-volume reseller, budget is zero and your channels are Southeast Asian marketplaces, BigSeller is a sensible place to start. If you are a brand or an established SME, you care about margin per SKU and channel, you also sell on Amazon or Shopify, or you need integrations and accountable support, OneCart is the better fit.

BigSeller pricing

BigSeller shows prices in your local currency. Its pricing data includes Singapore dollar, ringgit, rupiah, peso, dong and baht price lists.

  • Free plan: “free forever”, 1,500 orders a month, 3 stores, 2 sub-accounts, 500 SKUs.
  • Paid plans: a ladder of tiers (Basic, Pro, Business, Business Plus) that raise the order, store and sub-account limits. In Malaysia the entry paid tier is RM129 a month; in Singapore it starts around S$39 a month.
  • Order packages: extra orders can be bought in packages if a campaign pushes you over your quota.
  • API: sold separately from the subscription plans, with a one-time integration fee and an annual server fee according to BigSeller’s own blog.

Check BigSeller’s pricing page for your market’s current figures.

OneCart’s plans are on our pricing page: Starter S$99 a month, Trader S$239, Growth S$499 billed annually and Business S$868 billed annually. Every plan connects as many stores as you like, with API access on Trader and Growth and full access on Business, included in the plan price.

The honest read: for a small seller with no integration needs, BigSeller is cheaper. OneCart earns its price for sellers who need what comes after “free”: margin reporting, Western channels, integrations and support.

Who BigSeller is for

  • Small and high-volume marketplace sellers in Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines and Malaysia.
  • Resellers and dropshippers who build catalogues fast with scraping and distribution tools.
  • Sellers on Indonesia and Vietnam platforms such as Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Blibli, Tiki and Sendo.
  • Cross-border sellers already familiar with Dianxiaomi.
  • Anyone for whom “free” is the deciding factor.

How to tell BigSeller is too much for you

Almost never on cost, since it is free. The real question is whether you need a tool yet. If you sell on one marketplace only, the seller center is enough.

How to tell you are outgrowing BigSeller

  • You are a brand, not a reseller, and you need margins, fees and stock planning per SKU and channel, not just orders moving.
  • You have added Amazon, eBay or UK and EU retailers and want them in the same system as Shopee and Lazada.
  • You need an accounting or ERP connection, or a documented API your developer or agency can start on today.
  • You have several staff and need to know who changed a price or stock level, and when.
  • You want a support team you can phone during a campaign, from a team based in Singapore.
  • “Free” has started to cost you in order packages and upgrade pressure.

That list is the OneCart Trader and Growth profile.

Who OneCart is for

The typical OneCart customer looks like a BigSeller user two years later:

  • A brand or established seller, not a reseller, on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, usually with its own Shopify store and often Amazon or a Western marketplace too.
  • From a few hundred orders a month to 10,000 and beyond with top-ups, up to 50,000 SKUs, a team of a few people.
  • Asking “which SKUs make money after fees on which channel?” rather than “how do I process more orders for free?”.
  • Wanting a real person to call during 11.11: Singapore-based support by email, chat and phone, WhatsApp from Growth, account manager on Business.

Pick OneCart if

  • You are a brand or an established SME and margin per SKU matters more than the subscription price.
  • You sell in Southeast Asia and in the West, or plan to.
  • You need Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite or another back-office connection, or an API and AI assistant that can act on your data.
  • You want stock that syncs in about five seconds, bundles calculated from components, and a full history of every stock and price change.
  • You want a Singapore team that knows Shopee and Lazada campaign mechanics, and a free Ecommerce Health Check if you qualify.

Pick BigSeller if

  • Budget is zero and you sell only on Southeast Asian marketplaces.
  • You are a reseller or dropshipper who wants scraping and distribution tools.
  • You need Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Blibli, Tiki or Sendo.
  • You want POS and livestream selling in the same subscription.

Switching from BigSeller to OneCart

Moving takes hours, not weeks, and you do not have to switch everything at once. Connect your Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop stores, import listings, and let OneCart match SKUs across them. Run OneCart alongside BigSeller for a real sales week on the free trial, check the profit and fee reports against what you expected, then move inventory sync over. If you would rather not do it yourself before 11.11, our team runs guided onboarding. Start a free trial or book a demo.

Frequently asked questions

Is BigSeller free? Yes. The free plan covers 1,500 orders a month, 3 stores, 2 sub-accounts and 500 SKUs. Paid plans raise those limits, and the API is sold separately.

Who owns BigSeller? BigSeller is run by Shenzhen Douxun Technology and its About page names Shenzhen Meiyunji Network Technology as the parent company, the group behind the Dianxiaomi seller software. It has a Singapore entity and offices across Southeast Asia.

Does BigSeller support Amazon or eBay? BigSeller’s platform list focuses on Southeast Asian marketplaces plus Shopify, WooCommerce and Temu. We did not find Amazon, eBay or Walmart on it. OneCart connects Amazon, eBay, Walmart and Temu alongside Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.

Is OneCart worth paying for if BigSeller is free? For a small reseller, often not yet. For a brand with thousands of orders a month, the reports alone usually pay for the plan: finding one SKU that loses money after fees on one channel, or preventing one campaign-day oversell, covers months of subscription.

Can I try OneCart before switching? Yes. The 14-day trial needs no card, so you can connect your stores and run OneCart alongside BigSeller before you decide.
