About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Executive to explore new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential customers. As the company’s first point of contact for prospects, you will drive a successful pre-sales experience by fully understanding business needs and qualifying opportunities.
This means your KPI is Net New Closes. You will identify, engage, and convert prospects into OneCart customers — and earn uncapped commissions doing it.

What Your Days Will Look Like
Business Development
- Proactively identify and engage high-potential prospects through strategic research.
- Spearhead outbound initiatives through personalized outreach campaigns.
- Implement a systematic follow-up methodology to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to align OneCart solutions with business challenges.
- Craft compelling, tailored communications that address specific prospect pain points.
- Drive revenue performance against established targets and KPIs.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify industry-specific opportunities.
- Work with marketing and customer success to ensure a unified customer experience.
Prospect Engagement
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to potential customers.
- Develop meaningful relationships with business owners.
- Implement a strategic qualification process to identify ideal-fit prospects.
- Articulate our value proposition with clarity, conviction, and relevance.
- Do consultative sales focused on prospect needs.
- Guide personalized free trial experiences tailored to each prospect’s needs.
- Deliver exceptional white-glove service throughout the trial and onboarding journey.
- Guide new users through comprehensive account setup and configuration.
- Recognize the nuances of buying timelines and develop appropriate engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to nurture longer-term prospects through targeted communications.
Platform Expertise
- Develop a deep understanding of the OneCart platform.
- Effectively communicate how our solution addresses customer needs.
- Stay current with product updates and new features.
- Provide valuable insights to prospects based on their specific situations.

- Prior success in winning SME business is a plus.
