About the Role

You’re the start of our sales engine. You find e-commerce sellers, open the conversation, and book meetings that turn into demos.

Most SDR jobs stop there. You book, you hand off, you repeat for years. Not here. From day one you run early demos yourself and close the smaller deals. You learn the full sales motion by doing it, and you grow into a Full-Cycle Account Executive.

Your KPI is qualified meetings booked that turn into real demos.

You’ll prospect across SEA (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines), with global sellers as upside.

What Success Looks Like

  • Qualified meetings booked every week.
  • Demos that happen because you qualified the seller properly.
  • Your first self-closed deals on the board.
  • A pipeline you researched and built yourself.

What You’ll Actually Do

Prospect and qualify

  • Build target lists of e-commerce sellers who’d benefit from OneCart.
  • Run outbound. Email, LinkedIn, calls, whatever gets a reply.
  • Use AI to research sellers, personalise your outreach, and build lists fast.
  • Qualify hard. Only book meetings worth everyone’s time.

Run demos and close

  • Demo OneCart to sellers and solve a real problem they have.
  • Close the smaller deals yourself and hand off cleanly to onboarding.
  • Keep in touch with sellers who aren’t ready yet. Timing matters.

Know the product

  • Learn OneCart well enough to demo the core features without notes.
  • Connect a seller’s pain (lost orders, stockouts, hours wasted) to what OneCart does.
  • Tell product and marketing what you’re hearing in the field.

What We Need From You

  • AI-native. You use Claude, ChatGPT, and similar tools every day to research, write, and prospect. AI is how we work, not a sideshow.
  • Curiosity. You ask good questions before you pitch.
  • You pick up technical products fast.
  • You can write a clear, personal cold email, not a template.
  • You’re comfortable on chat, calls, and demos.
  • Rejection doesn’t rattle you.
  • 0 to 2 years experience. B2B SaaS or e-commerce exposure is a plus, not a must.
