About the Role
We are seeking a Growth Marketer to own our demand generation and demand capture efforts. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving net new leads into the funnel through a mix of content, SEO, paid acquisition, events, and conversion optimization.
This means your KPI is Net New Leads. You are the person who ensures a steady flow of qualified prospects discovering OneCart and entering the sales pipeline.
What Your Days Will Look Like
Demand Generation
- Plan and execute content strategies that attract our target audience — e-commerce businesses selling across multiple platforms.
- Write high-quality blog posts, guides, and landing pages that rank and convert.
- Build and manage SEO strategy using Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Run and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
- Plan and execute webinars — both solo and in collaboration with our partnerships team — to generate leads and build authority.
- Create visual content and marketing assets using Figma for campaigns, social, and landing pages.
Demand Capture
- Own landing page strategy and conversion rate optimization — understand what converts visitors into signups.
- Analyze traffic patterns and user behavior to identify where leads are leaking from the funnel.
- Build and optimize lead capture mechanisms across the website.
- Work with Sales to ensure marketing-qualified leads are properly handed off and followed up.
- Track and report on funnel metrics from impression to signup to close.
Analytics & Insights
- Live in Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics daily — monitor performance, spot trends, and act on data.
- Run experiments and A/B tests to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Report on marketing performance with clear metrics — clicks, signups, cost per lead, channel ROI.
- Use data to prioritize where to invest time and budget for maximum impact.
Content & Events
- Collaborate with the Partnerships team to organize joint webinars and co-marketing campaigns.
- Create content that supports the full buyer journey — awareness, consideration, and decision.
- Stay current with e-commerce trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep content relevant.
- Repurpose content across formats — blog posts into social snippets, webinars into highlight clips, guides into email sequences.
What We Need From You
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Google Search Console) and analytics (Google Analytics).
- Ability to write compelling content that ranks and converts — not just fills a page.
- Understanding of landing page best practices and what drives conversion.
- Experience or strong aptitude with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Comfort creating visual assets in Figma or similar design tools.
- Experience planning and running webinars or virtual events.
- Data-driven mindset — you make decisions based on numbers, not gut feel.
- Ability to context-switch between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- AI-native mindset — you use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) daily to work faster and smarter. AI is deeply embedded in how we operate — from content creation to data analysis to campaign ideation.
You do not need to be an expert in every channel on day one. What matters is your ability to learn fast, execute with quality, and iterate based on results.
