About the Role
This is a hands-on, technical support position where you will be our front-line product expert, reporting directly to the CEO. As an Individual Contributor, you will focus on rapid and accurate problem-solving, becoming a master of the OneCart platform.
This means your KPI is Customer Enablement. You are the internal expert who ensures customers can use our platform without friction, turning complex issues into simple solutions.
What Your Days Will Look Like
Technical Problem Solving & Support
- Be the friendly, expert voice of OneCart through email and chat.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of technical issues, from simple user questions to complex software bugs.
- Own customer issues from start to finish, digging into the details to find the root cause and deliver a complete solution.
- Guide customers through technical steps with clarity and patience, making them feel empowered.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to escalate and track bugs effectively.
Proactive Content Creation & System Improvement
- Identify patterns in support queries to understand common friction points for our customers.
- Write clear, concise Knowledge Base articles and create short, engaging tutorial videos that proactively answer questions.
- Build out our self-service support library, reducing future support tickets and helping customers succeed on their own.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance and speed up your content creation and problem-solving work.
What We Need From You
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and a relentless determination to find the right answer.
- Natural curiosity to dig deep, find root causes, and understand how things work.
- A quick and eager learner who can rapidly grasp technical concepts, including platform logic and basic API functionality.
- Excellent written communication skills, with an ability to explain complex ideas simply and clearly.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and tools smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
- Openness to feedback and a drive to constantly improve.

- Becoming an expert on the product’s functionality, from the front-end UI to the back-end logic and API.

- Enabling customers to get maximum value from our product, regardless of their technical skill level.
