Sync WooCommerce orders and data to your Xero ERP
WooCommerce gives you a self-hosted store, and every sale it takes still has to land in your accounts. OneCart connects WooCommerce to Xero so each order becomes a draft invoice you review and approve, and your marketplaces feed the same Xero organisation from one dashboard.

Connect WooCommerce with REST API keys. In your WordPress backend go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API and click Add Key. Set the Description to OneCart, pick an admin user, set Permissions to Read/Write, and click Generate API key. Save the API Key, API Secret, and your site URL, and make sure the Legacy API is enabled. If you run a firewall such as Cloudflare, whitelist the OneCart app first, then add the store at app.getonecart.com/shops/new?platform=WooCommerce.
Connect Xero: in OneCart go to Reports > Finance > Finance Integrations and connect Xero. Approve OneCart on Xero's consent screen and choose the organisation you want to sync to.
