Every order you take on Temu needs to land in your books. OneCart connects Temu to QuickBooks so each order flows through as an invoice, with the customer and totals in place, and your other sales channels feed the same accounting view from one dashboard.
Each Temu order is written to QuickBooks as an invoice with its line items, customer, and totals, so your sales are recorded without re-keying.

Connect Temu: in OneCart go to My Platforms, click Add new, and choose Add shop for Temu. Select your region and approve OneCart's access in Temu Seller Center, and OneCart brings in your Temu listings and orders straight away.
Connect QuickBooks: open the accounting integration settings in OneCart and choose QuickBooks. You are taken to QuickBooks to approve OneCart's access and pick the company you want to sync to, then returned to OneCart.
Set how orders map to QuickBooks once, choosing the income account and tax handling, and OneCart writes each Temu order to QuickBooks as an invoice from then on, so your sales sit in your books without manual entry.
