Sync Shopify orders and data to your Xero ERP

Every Shopify order needs to reach your accounts, and doing it by hand is where evenings disappear. OneCart connects Shopify to Xero so each order becomes a draft invoice you review and approve, and your other sales channels feed the same Xero organisation from one dashboard.
Each Shopify order becomes a draft invoice in Xero with its line items and totals. The draft means nothing posts to your accounts until you review and approve it.
Map each shop to a Xero contact, and OneCart records your sales against it so your Xero contacts stay tidy.
Turn on daily auto-sync to have OneCart create the day's draft invoices for you, sync orders one at a time with a preview first, or backfill a date range when you set up.
Connect Shopify: go to Settings > My Platforms > Manage Connections and click Add shop for Shopify. Install the OneCart app when Shopify prompts you, log in to your Shopify store, then log in to OneCart. A green banner confirms Shopify is connected.
Connect Xero: in OneCart go to Reports > Finance > Finance Integrations and connect Xero. Approve OneCart on Xero's consent screen and choose the organisation you want to sync to.

Each order becomes a draft invoice in Xero with its line items and totals, ready for you to review. Nothing posts to your accounts until you approve it.
Add Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, or TikTok Shop to the same OneCart account and their orders feed the same Xero organisation, so every channel lands in one set of books.
Everything you need to know about connecting Shopify and Xero with OneCart.
OneCart creates them as draft invoices, so nothing hits your accounts until you review and approve. You can turn on daily auto-sync to have the drafts created for you, sync orders one at a time with a preview first, or backfill a date range when you set up.
Xero authorisations expire after about 60 days. When that happens you reconnect Xero from Finance Integrations in OneCart, and syncing resumes.
OneCart has plans for different sales volumes and channel counts rather than a single flat fee. You can see the current tiers and what each plan includes on the /pricing/ page.
Yes. OneCart creates them as draft invoices in Xero, and the manual sync even shows a preview of the invoice before it is created, so you stay in control of what posts to your books.
