Why TikTok Shop Net Amount Data Is Currently Unavailable

OneCart strives to provide comprehensive finance data for all your marketplace orders, including TikTok Shop. However, we’re currently experiencing a technical limitation with TikTok Shop’s API that prevents us from displaying net amount calculations for your TikTok Shop orders.

The Technical Challenge

TikTok Shop’s finance API (specifically the statement_transactions endpoint) operates under an extremely restrictive shared rate limit:

• All partner applications across Southeast Asia share a combined 100 queries per second (QPS)
• The finance-specific endpoints are limited to just 10 QPS total across ALL partners in the region
• This means when other partners are accessing finance data, your requests may be blocked even if you haven’t made any recent API calls

What This Means for You

Unlike other marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada where we can reliably fetch finance data once orders are marked as Completed/Delivered, TikTok Shop’s shared rate limit makes it nearly impossible to consistently retrieve this information. Even attempting to refresh the data manually often results in a “Too many requests” error, despite making isolated requests.

Current Workarounds

While we work with TikTok Shop to resolve this issue, you can:

• Access your finance data directly through your TikTok Shop Seller Center
• Export financial reports from TikTok Shop’s native dashboard for reconciliation
• Use TikTok Shop’s settlement reports as an alternative data source

What We’re Doing About It

We’ve escalated this issue with TikTok Shop’s technical team and are actively requesting:

• Dedicated rate limits for verified partners like OneCart
• Alternative API endpoints with more reasonable capacity
• Webhook-based finance data delivery to avoid rate limit issues

We understand this limitation impacts your ability to track net earnings across all platforms in one place. We’re committed to resolving this as soon as TikTok Shop provides a technical solution.

• This is not an issue with OneCart’s integration or your account permissions
• The limitation affects all third-party tools attempting to access TikTok Shop finance data
• Other TikTok Shop data (orders, products, inventory) remains unaffected and fully accessible in OneCart
