OneCart displays Finance Data for each order: the breakdown of marketplace fees, coins, vouchers, shipping fees and more, so you and your team can see your net earnings on a single order and export them across many orders at once.

There are two places to work with Finance Data:

  • On a single order, for the full fee-by-fee breakdown of one sale.
  • In the Finance Data export, under Reports, to pull many orders across a date range into one CSV.

Finance data on a single order

The per-order breakdown is on the Manage Orders page, on every OneCart order page.

The image below shows the full breakdown of costs for a Lazada order from the OneCart order page.

OneCart automatically checks and updates the Finance Data for each order once its status has settled, for orders placed within the last 30 days. If an order is settled but the finalised Finance Data does not appear yet, click the Refresh button to fetch it manually, as illustrated below.

No Finance Data shown, Order Status is set to Completed/Delivered.

After clicking ‘Refresh’ (top green button), OneCart fetches and displays the full Finance Data from the marketplace, on the OneCart order page.

When finance data becomes available

A marketplace only shares the full, finalised Finance Data once an order has settled. Each platform settles at a different order status:

  • Shopee: order status marked Completed.
  • Lazada: order status marked Delivered.
  • TikTok: order status marked Settled (TikTok settles per statement).
  • Shopify: order status marked Fulfilled, with the fees coming from Shopify Payments.

While an order is still in transit, and not yet settled, its final Finance Data is not available. This is normal, not an error. You can review every order that is still waiting for Finance Data on the Orders Without Finance page.

Exporting finance data for a date range

To pull Finance Data across many orders at once, use the Finance Data export under Reports. Pick a start date, an end date and a platform, then generate a CSV.

The Finance Data export card under Reports, showing the Start Date and End Date fields and the Platform selector open with Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Shopify and Simplified (all platforms).

You have two kinds of report:

  • A per-platform report (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok or Shopify) gives you the detailed, platform-specific fee columns for that one marketplace.
  • The Simplified (all platforms) report normalises every order, on every platform, into the same set of columns, so you can total your fees and margins across all your channels in one file.

Every order in your date range appears in the file, including orders whose finance data has not settled yet. Nothing is silently dropped.

What the exported columns mean

The Simplified report uses one consistent set of columns for every platform. Here is a short example export covering four orders:

Order NoDatePlatformShopGross AmountPlatform FeesShipping FeesRebatesNet AmountProfitMargin %Finance Status

What each column means:

  • Order No, Date, Platform, Shop: which order this row is, and where it was sold.
  • Gross Amount: the order total before fees.
  • Platform Fees: the marketplace’s commission, plus transaction and service fees.
  • Shipping Fees: the shipping cost charged to you, the seller.
  • Rebates: money the platform pays back to you, such as shipping subsidies. It reduces your total fee cost.
  • Net Amount: what you actually receive after fees.
  • Profit: your Net Amount minus your cost of goods.
  • Margin %: Profit as a percentage of Net Amount.
  • Finance Status: whether this order’s fees have settled yet. See below.

Finance Status: available or not yet available

The last column, Finance Status, tells you whether each order’s fees are final:

  • available: the marketplace has settled the order and the full Finance Data is included in the row.
  • not yet available: the order is still in transit or not yet settled, so its fee columns are left blank and Margin % shows N/A. This is normal. The fee columns fill in automatically once the order settles (Delivered for Lazada, Completed for Shopee, Settled for TikTok, Fulfilled for Shopify).

Because every order in the date range is included and flagged this way, you always have a complete picture: settled orders come with their full breakdown, and unsettled ones are clearly marked rather than dropped.
