SKU Coverage in OneCart
This report in OneCart helps you track the availability and coverage of your published SKUs across multiple platforms. This report provides a comprehensive view of your inventory distribution and highlights gaps in coverage.
Go to Advanced > Health Check > SKU Coverage you will see a report as per below
Key Features
- Coverage Check : Displays the SKU coverage status across selected shops, highlighting any gaps in coverage in red for easy identification.
- Editable Price Fields : You can quickly edit platform prices by clicking directly on any price cell in the report.
- Search and Filter : Use the search bar to find specific SKUs easily.
- Customizable View : You can show or hide columns based on your needs and sort by any column for better analysis.
Understanding the Report Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| SKU | The unique identifier for each product. |
| Qty on Hand | The current stock level available for each SKU. |
| Recently Sold (Qty) | The quantity sold recently, helping you gauge recent demand trends. |
| Lazada Coverage | Shows whether the SKU is published on Lazada (1 = Published, blank = Not Published). |
| Shopee Coverage | Indicates if the SKU is published on Shopee (1 = Published, blank = Not Published). |
| TikTok Coverage | Displays the SKU’s publication status on TikTok (1 = Published, blank = Not Published). |
How to Use the Item Coverage Report
- Identify Gaps : Look for SKUs highlighted in red. These indicate items that are not published on certain platforms and may require attention.
- Edit Prices : Click directly on any platform price cell to edit the price of an SKU without leaving the report.
- Filter and Sort : Use the search bar to locate specific SKUs or sort columns to prioritize items with the highest recent sales or the lowest stock levels.
Tips for Optimizing SKU Coverage
- Maximize Platform Presence : Ensure all high-demand SKUs are published across all platforms to maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor Low Stock : Keep an eye on SKUs with low quantities on hand to prevent potential stockouts.
