In some cases, an order may fail to sync properly with OneCart, causing outdated or missing details such as status updates, tracking numbers, or financial information. If this happens, OneCart provides a Force Reload Data option that allows you to manually refresh the order details.

Steps to Force Reload Order Data
If you notice an order that hasn’t updated correctly, follow these steps to force a sync:

Navigate to the Order Details Page

Check the Order Status

Click on “Force Reload Data”

When to Use Force Reload Data
- If an order status remains stuck or does not reflect the latest update from the marketplace.
- When tracking numbers or customer details appear missing.
- If financial details are not available after an order has been completed.
Important Notes
- Force Reload Data does not guarantee an instant update. If the platform has not pushed new data, the information may remain unchanged.
- If the order still fails to sync after forcing a reload, contact OneCart Support for further assistance.
