RedMart orders arrive in OneCart with no selling price, so they can read as $0 in your revenue reports. Upload a price list for each RedMart store and OneCart values those orders and backfills your past RedMart orders automatically. Here's the step-by-step.
RedMart’s order feed does not include a selling price for each item, so RedMart orders can arrive in OneCart with no sales value and show as $0 in your revenue reports. The RedMart Price Upload lets you fix this yourself: upload a simple list of your SKUs and their prices for a RedMart store, and OneCart values those orders going forward and backfills your past RedMart orders for that store automatically.

The upload file is a CSV with just two columns:

12.90).You don’t have to build this from scratch. The upload page gives you a sample CSV template to download and fill in.
In the left sidebar, go to ONECART ITEM MASTER > RedMart Price Upload, or go directly to https://app.getonecart.com/redmart_price_uploads.
This page lists your previous uploads. Click New RedMart Price Upload to start a new one.
Choose the RedMart store you want to price from the store dropdown. The dropdown lists the RedMart shops connected to your company.
Prices are stored against the store you pick, so this step matters. If you have several RedMart shops, upload a separate file for each one. There is no combined, all-stores upload.
Download the sample CSV template, then fill in your SKUs and prices in the sku and price columns. Save it as a CSV.
For example, for a fictional store like Acme Retail you might list VAR-001, 12.90, VAR-002, 8.50, and so on for every RedMart SKU you want valued.
Upload your completed CSV for the store you selected.
Before anything is saved, OneCart shows you a summary of what it found in your file:
Review this summary to make sure the SKUs you expected to be priced are in the matched list.
Click Confirm to apply the upload. OneCart then:
The backfill runs in the background and fills in over a few minutes for larger histories. You don’t need to stay on the page.
Once the upload is confirmed and the backfill finishes, your RedMart orders are valued in every revenue-based report, both new orders and past ones:
