How to unlink / disconnect OneCart from TikTok?

If you no longer wish to sync your TikTok Shop with OneCart — for example, when ending a trial, switching platforms, or closing a store — you can easily revoke OneCart’s access directly from TikTok Shop Seller Center.

Fastest Method: TikTok Shop Seller Center (Desktop)

The quickest way to revoke OneCart’s access is directly from the Authorizations page in your TikTok Shop Seller Center.

  1. Go to the Authorizations page for your region:

    The subdomain is region-specific. Use the one that matches the market your TikTok Shop is registered in.

  2. Find OneCart in the list of authorized apps.

  3. Click Disconnect (or Revoke) to remove OneCart’s access.

Step-by-Step Guide (Mobile App)

1. Open the TikTok App

Log in to the TikTok account linked to your TikTok Shop.

2. Go to Your Profile

Tap Profile at the bottom right.

3. Open Settings

  1. Tap the Menu (☰) button at the top.

  2. Select Settings and privacy.

4. Navigate to Permissions

  1. Tap Security & permissions.

  2. Select Apps and services permissions.

5. Remove OneCart Access

  1. From the list of connected apps, tap OneCart.

  2. You can view the permissions granted.

  3. Tap Remove access to disconnect OneCart.

After this, OneCart will no longer have permission to sync your TikTok Shop data.


What Happens After You Disconnect?

  • OneCart will stop receiving any new orders, product updates, or inventory changes from TikTok Shop.

  • Existing data in OneCart will stay until the trial or subscription ends, after which it will be automatically cleared.

  • You can reconnect at any time by authorising OneCart again.
