If you no longer wish to sync your TikTok Shop with OneCart — for example, when ending a trial, switching platforms, or closing a store — you can easily revoke OneCart’s access directly from TikTok Shop Seller Center.
Log in to the TikTok account linked to your TikTok Shop.
Tap Profile at the bottom right.
Tap the Menu (☰) button at the top.
Select Settings and privacy.
Tap Security & permissions.
Select Apps and services permissions.
From the list of connected apps, tap OneCart.
You can view the permissions granted.
Tap Remove access to disconnect OneCart.
After this, OneCart will no longer have permission to sync your TikTok Shop data.
OneCart will stop receiving any new orders, product updates, or inventory changes from TikTok Shop.
Existing data in OneCart will stay until the trial or subscription ends, after which it will be automatically cleared.
You can reconnect at any time by authorising OneCart again.
