How to unlink / disconnect OneCart from Lazada?

If you no longer want OneCart to sync your Lazada store, for example when ending a trial, switching platforms, or closing a store, you can revoke OneCart’s access directly from your Lazada Seller Center.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to Lazada Seller Center

Open the Seller Center for the region your Lazada store is registered in:

The address is region-specific. Use the one that matches the market your store sells in.

2. Open the Third-Party App settings

From the Seller Center menu, go to Settings and open the Third Party App (authorization management) section. This lists every app currently authorized to access your Lazada store.

3. Find the OneCart connection

In the list of connected apps, look for the OneCart authorization. Depending on how it is shown in your account, it may be listed under the OneCart name or its developer. If you are unsure which entry it is, match it against the date you first connected your Lazada store to OneCart.

4. Deauthorize it

Select the OneCart entry and click Deauthorize (or Disconnect), then confirm.


What Happens After You Disconnect?

  • OneCart will stop receiving any new orders, product updates, or inventory changes from Lazada.

  • Existing data in OneCart will stay until your trial or subscription ends, after which it will be automatically cleared.

  • You can reconnect at any time by authorising OneCart again.
