If you no longer want OneCart to sync your Amazon store, for example when ending a trial, switching platforms, or closing a store, you can revoke OneCart’s access directly from Amazon Seller Central.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to Amazon Seller Central

Open Seller Central for the region your Amazon store is registered in:

The address is region-specific. Use the one that matches the marketplace your store sells in.

2. Open Manage Your Apps

From the menu, go to Apps & Services, then select Manage Your Apps.

You can also reach it through Settings > User Permissions, then click Visit Manage Your Apps under the “Third party developer and apps” section.

3. Find the OneCart connection

The page lists every third-party application authorized to access your Amazon account. Look for the OneCart authorization. Depending on how it is shown in your account, it may be listed under the OneCart name or its developer. If you are unsure which entry it is, match it against the date you first connected your Amazon store to OneCart.

4. Disable the authorization

Find the OneCart entry and click Disable authorization. In the confirmation pop-up, select OK.

What Happens After You Disconnect?

  • OneCart will stop receiving any new orders, product updates, or inventory changes from Amazon.

  • Existing data in OneCart will stay until your trial or subscription ends, after which it will be automatically cleared.

  • You can reconnect at any time by authorising OneCart again from Settings > My Platforms > Manage Connections in OneCart.
