How to Browse and Search Listings in OneCart

The Manage Listings page is where you can view and manage all listings that have been synced to OneCart. From here you can search for specific products, filter by platform, and drill into individual listing details.

Go to Listings > Manage Listings in the sidebar.

Searching for Listings

At the top of the page you’ll find a search bar where you can look up listings in two ways:

• By listing title — type part of the product name to find it quickly
• By variant SKU — enter the SKU code to find the exact variant you’re looking for

Type your search term and click Search. Click Clear to reset the search and show all listings again.

Filtering by Platform

On the right side of the page, you’ll see filter buttons for each of your connected platforms (e.g. Lazada, Shopee, Shopify). Click a platform button to show only listings from that platform.

This is useful when you want to:

• Check which products are listed on a specific marketplace
• Review listings before making platform-specific changes
• Troubleshoot sync issues on a particular channel

What Appears in Manage Listings

Only listings that have been matched and saved during the listing import process will appear on this page. If you’ve imported listings but haven’t matched them to your Item Master SKUs yet, they won’t show here.

Listings are sorted with the newest first by default, and the total count is shown at the top of the page (e.g. “ALL MY LISTINGS (9)”).
