Each SKU listed will show the current negative quantity, helping you prioritize which SKUs need immediate attention.

Why Negative Quantities Occur

Negative stock quantities generally arise when:

  • Orders are processed without sufficient stock : This can happen if stock levels aren’t updated after sales or inventory adjustments.
  • Inventory sync issues : If SKUs aren’t tracked in real time, inventory levels may not reflect recent sales.
  • Manual adjustments or errors : Human errors, such as incorrect data entry or adjustments, can also result in negative quantities.

It’s crucial to address these negative quantities promptly to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent issues in order processing.
