A: Currently, bulk discounts are created per shop. You’ll need to set up separate campaigns for each shop.
Q: Why is my discount not visible on the platform?
A: Ensure the start time is at least one hour from the current time and that your file is correctly formatted.
Q: Can I edit a discount after creating it?
A: Edits cannot be made to an active campaign. If changes are needed, cancel the campaign and create a new one.
