Steps to Add a New Shop

1. Access the Shop Management Section

Navigate to the Connected Platforms page in OneCart. Here, you can view the following:

  • Active Shops : Shops currently connected and operational.
  • Inactive Shops : Shops that require additional setup or reauthorization.

2. Add a New Shop

  1. Click on “Add Shop”
  • Locate the “Add Shop” button in the Connected Platforms section.

  • Choose the e-commerce platform you want to connect (e.g., Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok).

  • Follow the platform’s authorization process to grant OneCart access to your shop. This may require logging into your seller account.

3. Verify and Activate the Shop

  1. Once the authorization is complete, the shop will appear in the list with its status marked as Connected.
  2. Verify the shop details, including:
  • Platform : The e-commerce platform (e.g., Lazada, Shopee).
  • Authorisation Expiry : The date when the current authorization expires.
